Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination:

India and Europe (including the UK): Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days

United States and New Zealand: Delivery may take up to 20 working days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. This email will include a tracking link so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.
Which delivery partners do you use?

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This will allow you to follow the status of your delivery in real time.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience. Please send an email to info@havynhide.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item. Our support team will respond promptly to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Is returning a product free of charge?
Yes, returns are free when using our prepaid return label in India, the UK, the US, and New Zealand. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returned items.
To start a return, please visit our Return Portal.
How do I request a return label?
Simply visit our Return Portal, follow the instructions, and select the items you wish to return. A prepaid return label will be generated for you.
Please note: Engraved or personalized items are non-returnable and are not eligible for cancellation under our returns policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order separately. This ensures a faster and more efficient process.
Can I return multiple items together, even if they arrived in separate parcels?
Yes. You may return multiple items in one package. Please make sure to include the completed return forms for each item to avoid any delays in processing.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. To avoid delays, please ensure that your return form is filled out completely and accurately.
How does “Pay by Invoice” work? (UK only)
This service is offered via Klarna. When choosing this option at checkout, Klarna performs a quick credit check to confirm eligibility. If approved, you will have 14 days from the shipping date to pay the invoice.
If your application for invoice payment is not approved, we recommend selecting an alternative payment method. For any questions, Klarna’s customer support is available to assist you directly.
How can I pay via bank transfer? (India only)
For customers in India preferring a direct bank transfer, account details will be included on your invoice. Kindly mention your order reference number when making the transfer to ensure prompt processing.
